Tentative reservations
are accepted by phone, by which time we must receive
a reservation deposit*, a signed Rental Agreement (which we will mail
to you), and a $30 processing fee (non-refundable). We cancel your reservation
if your payment is not received when due. The full amount of the rent
plus cleaning fees and transient occupancy tax** is due 30 days prior
to arrival unless the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, in
which case the total amount is due at booking.
*Your reservation deposit is retained as a security deposit and is NOT
CREDITED TOWARD THE RENT.
**We collect a Transient Occupancy Tax on all rental amounts received
on tenancy of 30 days or less. (10% for Pismo & Grover Beach; 9% for
Oceano Beach). ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN:
Check in time is between 3:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M. at our office. Sorry, no
early check in. If you are early, take a walk on the beach or in town
and have lunch or just relax, knowing that your rental is being thoroughly
cleaned and checked for your enjoyment. Late arrivals will have to get their key from the lock box at the front of the office. Instructions are on page 3 of the rental agreement.
DEPARTURE & CHECK-OUT:
All keys are due back in our office by 11:00 A.M. or late charges/lost
key charges will apply. Your rental will be professionally cleaned for
the next guests. Sorry, no refund for early departures. PETS: No animal,
bird, or other pet shall be kept on or about the specified premises. If
pets are noted on the premises, you will be asked to leave without refund.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
No guests in excess of the number specified on the rental agreement shall
occupy the property. Guests in excess of the reserved number will result
in either of the following:
1) Immediate termination of the occupancy of the property with a charge
for the entire agreed upon rental and loss of Security Deposit.
2) The charge of $100 per additional person per day.
CLEANING FEES: Each
home is subject to a cleaning fee so that you can enjoy your vacation
without worrying about mopping the floor and cleaning the oven, etc.,
upon your departure.
FURNISHINGS &
SUPPLIES: All of our homes have cable TVs, phones, and linens. A starter
supply of paper towels, toilet paper, waste can liners, and bath soap
is provided to start your stay. Tenants are responsible for bringing/purchasing
additional supplies/cleaners. Be sure to bring your own beach towels and
beach blankets as no inventory in the homes is allowed at the beach.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE
ANY FURNISHINGS OR KITCHEN ITEMS TO ANOTHER UNIT. Your deposit will be
charged to put those items back where they belong.
PRINTING ERRORS:
The information pertaining to each home is accurate as of the date of
publication, but rates & rent & inventory are subject to change
without prior notice. We cannot be liable for any errors committed by
the printer.
